It's probably the same issue that Ken dealt with in the post above, except here, you are on the index-tag-page forum, not the authors-index forum !

I get this error with no other plug-ins installed: any ideas?

Very good plugin. It has one problem. The copy I down loaded has a blank line between the for the plugin identity data (Plugin Name: Index Tag Page etc) and the main . This seems to cause problems for RSS feeds by introducing a cr nl before the XML declaration (cf. http://feedvalidator.org/docs/error/WPBlankLine.h... Easy enough to fix.
